pak111 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Any player found to be operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

All financial transactions on the pak111 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak111 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Additional channels may be added or removed at pak111's discretion and will be communicated via the Wallet page.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your pak111 Wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take longer depending on standard inter-bank processing times. pak111 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering policy. pak111 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Wallet section. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks. pak111 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC or AML checks.

• pak111 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits that cannot be attributed to a verified player account may be returned to source without processing.
• Bonus balances are subject to separate wagering requirements and are not freely withdrawable until those requirements are met.
• Players are responsible for any tax obligations arising from gaming winnings under applicable law.

In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to game play or bet settlement.

• Bet acceptance: pak111 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

• Nothing in these Terms shall limit pak111's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players may close their pak111 account by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.

pak111 may suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
